About Me
I'm a 42 year old writer living on the Mid North Coast of NSW Australia. In one of my favourite books, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Douglas Adams told us that '42' is the answer to 'Life, the Universe and Everything'. And I know he's right. 42 is going to be the best year.
My favourite genres are light women’s fiction and young adult and I also dabble in collage poetry. I have a Cafepress shop called Chickollage which specialises in fun collage poetry designs and writers’ motivational products, along with a shop at Zazzle.
With seven complete manuscripts in various stages of development, I’m serious about developing my writing career. I am a member of Romance Writers Australia and secretary of the Nambucca Valley Writers Group. My current writing mantra is ‘ReWrite Edit Submit’.
My short story Beyond Happily Ever After was published in the September 08 issue of Wet Ink magazine.

Meet my biggest critic
This is Dorkus. My 14 year old Australian Mist cat, who loves to sit on my manuscript, supervise my writing (and my cooking). If I find he's thrown up on the ms, then I know it needs more work!
Dorkus is the sporadic author of Diary of a Mad Cat, though most of the time he prefers to sleep than blog.
